The other is the direct pharmacological application. Yet, the world of medicine still still embark on a journey to prove aromatherapy’s purported effects. While accurate information regarding the synergy of the human anatomy and the oils is still a remarkable quest yet to be unfold.

Safety Concerns

Utilizing of aromatherapy may also cause some safety concerns. Due to the fact that essential oils are highly concentrated, mishandling may result to skin irritation and other untoward side-effects. Therefore, they are normally diluted for tropical application. Some of the chemical allergies could also be triggered by some pesticides, if the original plants are cultivated. Some substance may also cause harm to domestic animals.

Same with other bio-active substance, essential oils may pose hazards and concerns to toddlers and lactating mothers.
