6) Speak What You Wish To Change
This is the point where you’ll begin to “speak” what you wish to alter in your personality.. Say positive thing like “I am peaceful. I am relaxed.” Avoid using the words that connote “negativeness”. Don’t say “not” statements. Instead of saying, “I will not smoke anymore.” say “I am free of smoking.”

7) “Awaking”
Once you have finished, count from zero to ten. Tell yourself that you’ll gain consciousness as you reach counting up to ten. Make sure that you give youself ample time to eralx after wakening. Try to study and motivate changes.
